How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Books starts at $495/month for monthly QuickBooks Online books and quarterly statements. Strategy is $795/month when you want year-round tax planning and the business return in the same seat. Partner starts at $1,500/month for multi-entity or $500K+ shops. You will know the number before work starts, not after an invoice.
What's included in monthly accounting?
Monthly transaction categorization in QuickBooks Online, account reconciliations, financial statements, and CPA oversight of the books; not just data entry. Strategy adds tax planning and the business return. Sales tax and payroll can sit in the same relationship so everything lives under one roof.
My books are months (or years) behind. Can you fix that?
Yes; catch-up bookkeeping is routine work for us. We assess what exists, rebuild the books to accurate, and then keep them clean on a monthly plan going forward. Most cleanups take two to six weeks depending on how far back they go. Cleanup is scoped and priced before it starts; it is not a discount on Books or Strategy.
Do you only work with businesses in Ahoskie?
No. We serve clients across northeastern North Carolina and beyond through a secure client portal, phone, and video. Your books don't care where the CPA sits.
Do I need QuickBooks before I start?
No. If you're on spreadsheets or a shoebox, we set up QuickBooks Online as part of onboarding and handle the migration.
Is there a cheaper plan if I am just getting started?
Express is $225/month for brand-new businesses only, six months max, to stand the books up. Year-end statements and bank feeds; no monthly reporting. Sales tax is +$75/month. After six months you move to Books or Strategy, or we close the file. It is not a cheaper long-term plan for an existing business.
